Powers: Her strength is directly proportionate to the severity of the situation. That massive sword you see her wielding is estimated at well over 24 Kilos , but she can swing that sucker like a branch. She is extremely skilled in hand-to-hand combat, using a very urban(dirty) style when one on one. She also indirectly commands a the "Ninety Nine Noir Chevaliers"(covered in bio) and can summon them via telepathic link.

Weaknesses: She is very naive when it comes to "normal" everyday things. Even though she's quite book smart, her tendency to goof up overshadows her academic accomplishments. Furthermore, her strength is drastically diminished when not in a life threatening situation. Let's just say that there is a reason 99 armed to the teeth soldier-boys need to watch her every move.
