DDD: It would be one of those automatic supports with conversations. The first episodes had them being all googly for each other. While underwater. In a purple swamp. Sharing a large bubble of air. Made by one of Lady Jaye's spears. They never explained that purple swamp.

And of COURSE it's different in the comics. Which I'll probably never read. I'm not really into the more darker serious THE GODDAMN BATMAN stuff. Also Lady Jaye DIES DAMMIT. SCREW YOU COMICS.

I don't know how to draw guns I was just making stuff up.

So they came with the A-support right off the bat! I withdrawl my previous wierdo (and very jerkish) statement with appologies! Huh...being unde a purple swamp being kept alive by nothing but a giant air bubble is pretty romantic albiet in the most bizarre ways possible.

The darker series can be sort of laaaaaame (even though I admitedly liked Batman the Animated Series-BUT THAT WAS BEFORE I SAW THE LIVE ACTION ONE SO I WAS YOUNG AND NAIVE. Which is brilliant in different ways). That is a completly legit reason to SEND THE COMICS TO THE CORNFIELD.

For making stuff up, it's some pretty AWESOME stuff!

I didn't find it jerkish, I was just like "Man, where was that in Rhys/Titania's A support?" They went from two amusing supports to blah blah "What do you think of Ike" blah dee blah. And man, Flint and Lady Jaye find ways in the midst of 80s saturday morning cartoon plots. Like dressing up and sneaking onto yacht's dinner party because Baroness has a perfume that turns men into subservient zombies and Cobra Commander wants the richest bachelor's money. Ho ho ho, HIJINKS. What's really great is how they have a tendency to really kick-ass when the other's in danger. A SUPPORT yo. BATTLE COUPLE. Like if Oswald and Gwendolyn were Joes. Flint is second in command to Duke but Duke doesn't do nearly as many badass feats.

I love the live action series but really love the animated series. It's the Batman comics that got me turned off, with Frank Miller turning Batman into such a bastard and the Joker having to do something even more evil and twisted and mass-murderous than he did before, Spoiler getting horribly killed (but back again, apparently) and Batgirl crippled and uwwwaaaggh. It's like how I find the Marvel Adventures comics more fun than the rest. The ones geared towards kids.

Aaaaaaw, jeez, I totally forgot about that. That was horrifically dissapointing-seriously, what happened? D: Aw man, that sounds like some fantastically comical plots indeed. KICKASS MOVES UNLOCKED OUT OF PROTECTIVE INSTINCTS IS PRETTY BADASS INDEED. And thanks to that immagry, now all I can see is Gwen and Ozzy in camo pants with long strings of bullets strapped to their chest with big guns screaming at the top of their lungs "GOOOOOOOOO JOE!"

Aw man, that does sound a little insane-another victim of darker and edgier! Which is just sort of wierd when you apply the same principles to SUPERHEROES OF TRUTH AND JUSTICE and such. Besides, half of the charm to the Batman villians is that they're so obsessed with their silly gimicks that they never have any time to do anything distinctly evil! Making them actually evil defeats the whole purpose!

Hey what the- oh my gosh that's what it looks like. I swear I drew an open-handed wave but I guess the detail loss when it got shrunk and everything just... Huh. Well. Those Cobra henchmen would do it if they could get away with it on a Saturday morning cartoon.
