I think you asked that before. I can't keep you from making a vaporeon character, I don't own Vaporeon, Pokemon, or the idea of an anthro version of them, but Nai'ia specifically is my own creation and isn't for sale or trade, sorry.

As for her insanity, it's a long story (as most RP stuff tends to be anyway), but the gist is that she swings between near catatonia and violent rages. She's actually very sweet and loving, but few people can get close enough to appreciate that.
