Description I saw you from afar,
trying to plant a garden -
and tears filled your eyes
when needles of Black
struck the life from leaves
that were once bountiful and green.

Your soul was brilliant -
shone through your soft gaze,
though your skin was caked
with the rationed vomit
of the same hive that stifles
your lush garden.

Well, I'm done watching you cry.
I drank your spirit and had my fill.
The water is too muddy with tears,
and the salt of woe burns my palate.

Still, I offer you a draught
from the spring of plenty,
kept clear from the choking dismay
by the song of Ulmo -
and should you finally take a sip,
may it send your atoms dancing to the core.

Now I return to the forest of Creation,
and when your world falls apart at the seams,
You and your People may find me there.
You will hear a soft flute playing
the song of ancient Wonder,
and I will have kept the coals warm.

There our two hearts will fill with joy,
as the rivers fill with fish and life,
and our combined waters cleanse the world.
And you will sow with me a garden called Earth -
                 of jade, set in silver.

Beautiful!
