A colored version in progress of a fight between Jason Todd(The Red Hood) and Bucky Barnes(The Winter Soldier)Inspired by the James Bond movie of 2012, Skyfall, please imagine their fight going something like this

If you're talking about The Winter Soldier movie, then yes, I agree.
The characters are very human and well-rounded (not perfect), the plot line makes sense and is pure gold, the actors fit the character descriptions, and the music is amazing. They prove facts about real-life events (Operation Paperclip & the drones) and proved that Bucky was not the true villain after all. They proved Bucky was a damaged soul who had been abused by HYDRA, an amnesiac who just needs love and help. That's what I liked about the film.
Usually, sequels are not as good as the original, but Marvel stepped up their game and proved me wrong. I can't say anything bad about this movie or ANY Marvel movie for that matter. Overall, I'd give that movie a 10 on a 5 star scale.

Either of them stand a chance, I'd say Bucky's edge goes to his arm but this IS the Red Hood

Honestly I'd say the Winter Soldier has a better chance. He actually forced his former mentor to fight all out from the start. When Jason fought Batman he only held his own because Batman was holding back until the end, where he mopped the floor with Jason with little effort. So I'd say Winter soldier has more of an edge in skill and experience.

Even then Winter Soldier still maintains the advantage of experience because he's older. By some fifty years even though he's still in his mid-twenties thanks to the freezing process.
