I'm kind of leaning towards King Bradley winning this bout.Β While Deadpool obviously won't die, Bradley is virtually untouchable thanks to his Ultimate Eye.
The only way Deadpool could win was if he figured out a way to attack in such a way that Bradley doesn't see coming.

Yeah I could see that happening only then Wade would respond with " Wow you're already adopting me, does that mean me becomeing your Kid make me deputy Fuhrer or something and how will your wife and young Seilm take the news better yet your dear old dad?" during the fight to really annoy him (Well being Wrath the furious it's not really that hard).
