For those who don't know, she is Annie Leonhardt from Attack on Titan, a super soldier for the enemy who can grow into a Female Titan warrior, who in my fanfic is employed by Umbrella Corp.

And the lad, one Lance Graham Specter...is a psychotic 1930's mechanic for Mob the in the show Baccano. Imagine the Scout from TF2 mixed with Joker from the Dark Knight, and you have an idea.
