Part. 2 of "Why do you have her voice."
For those who are caught up, this based on the theory of what has happened to Amber and Pyrrha's Soul post death, given that both were given the maiden power (or in Pyrrha's case, 1/4 of it) before their deaths.
Think about it, Pyrrha's the only person to have died the way she did. Amber was shot, and just died, she didn't dissipate, Pyrrha is the only recorded death on the show where we've seen her light up with the same colour of energy/aura as the maiden power she was radiated with and the only one subjected to mad science to be infused with said power, with unpredictable results...
We know that her voice is in Ruby's dreams, but also cut away from Cinder when we've heard her voice, and now Cinder is acting as if she's horrified at the brutality of her own team mates...
We know that Ozpin's soul has merged or shared space with Oscar....so if we believe what he and Qrow said about the new host becoming, or becoming more like the previous maiden..........

What if she tries to shoot Jaune with her arrows but her body tenses up, she drops the bow and starts screaming, her hair and eyes and aura changing color, Salem also taking notice of this and Ozpin witnessing this via Oscar is like "Oh SHIT." realizing that Cinder may have taken more than just the essence of the maiden

come to think of it....you could apply some of the lyrics to Pyrrha as well: about breaking away from expectations, about choosing her own life, not being someone's Product anymore...

(cue post-this scene-scene, after the smashing victory and everyone is celebrating... Pyr-der and Jaune are at an Inn, And as Jaune comes in with a couple bags of take-out, we see is Pyr-Der in the bathroom with a box of red hair dye....)

We see her face in the mirror, her still-short hair restored to its radiant crimson. Her face is still a bit messed up, and the damaged eye, while restored, is now Amber's golden rather than Pyrrha's green.
The "invincible girl" explained to Jaune that her personality is merged with that of Amber, and Cinder. As she gently prods the scar crossing her nose, she still hears Cinder's voice, at the back of her mind.

At that moment, Jaune enters, and is stopped mid-sentence when he sees Pyrrha's hair. For a moment, both stare, Pyrrha sheepishly fingering one of her bangs, before Jaune steps forward and folds her in a hug. Inside Pyrrha's mind, she replies to Cinder:
the people who truly matter will.

Dude, I can only imagine if that turns out true, But you are right. No voice shown and one eye covered up are pretty solid grounds for a theory. Especially since so much focus is on the etes in this series.

Wait... Pyrrha has brainjacked Cinder? Is she fully in control or is it a bit like DID, where the two minds occasionally swap control with little memory of what hte other did?

For good pacing I would say Pyrrha 's consciousness. Her ethics her values etc are slowly eating into cinder.
