Here we have an Axew that's gotten his paws locked in stock, arms cuffed behind his back, and soles tickled and tormented by some spinning brushes. Is he being punished for some petty crime, or is he being interrogated for some important intel? Whatever the reason may be, it seems like he isn't getting free anything soon.

(This came to be as I was doodling a pfp for myself and some silly thoughts came to mind. I'm still very much a novice, especially when it comes to backgrounds, but I figured this was decent enough to share.)
