He begins to giggle and struggle within his bindings.

Dragonite continues to laugh loudly as the middle of the sole is tickled. He squirms and pulls harder again the ropes. The ropes creak and squeak, but show no sign of loosening or breaking.

Smiles scrubbing along the center of the soles and gives them a little lick

He laughs at both, but more with the brush. He still continues to struggle around in the bindings.

The licks now stop while a few feathers start swishing around the toes

He giggles loudly and wiggles his toes around. Varying from splaying, curling and anything in between. He also tries to catch the feather in between his toes.

He actually does, but that results in more tickles to that toe to get it to release the feather

As Dragoniteβs toe is focused on, he grins and giggles loudly, finally releasing the feather after half a minute.

Giggles and tickles the soles again with both feathers

Dragonite laughs hard and paddles his feet within the rope bindings, curling his toes to try to ease the tickling.
