Description
It would seem that this Turtwig has landed himself inside of an interrogation room. Whatever he did has earned him a pair of shackles chaining his front legs down to the sturdy table. With no way of freeing himself, he has no choice but to stay put throughout the entire questioning.

(Here’s another piece featuring good ole Turtwig in a bind. It’s a pretty simple concept, and I wasn’t sure if the perspective and proportions turned out alright, but I decided to post it anyways. Might be a bit repetitive for the gallery, but I still had fun doodling it!)
