ughhh so many things are imperfect with this i can't believe i'm posting it
An art trade with Saffaye ! Here's a scene from a RP we had, where Hercules and Antares sneak out of camp for a bit after Herc got f'ed up by a Hunter (same one that f'ed Antares up as a kiddo welp), and Herc got some dirt in his neck wound that really itched so Antares tried getting it out and ended up having to lick the dirt out, much to their awkwardness...which they played off because. They're just friends. That's it. Nothing special. We swear.

Just Friends (Antares/Herc RP)
Light touched Antares' eyelids, rousing her from her nap. Drearily, she rose her head, glaring at the annoying sunlight. She heaved a sigh and sat up to wash. May as well stay up now. She was glad that now that she was nearing the end of her apprenticeship that she was allowed these little times of relaxation. It was nice. As she bent her head to nudge some fallen floof back into her nest, she caught scent of her neighbor's. Herc's scent smelled stale, like he hadn't been in here in a while, whereas everyone else had at least slept here recently. Her ears pricked with nosey curiosity. Where had he been, if not here last night?
She turned and picked her way out of the den and down the rocky slope to the clearing. Come to think of it, Antares hadn't seen or heard anything of Herc since the day before, at least. She hoped he was alright...the hybrid apprentice bit back a little flare of worry that he may have been captured. Maybe she'd go look for him? Antares started for the slope full RP
