I love that fish,…. I don’t even know him and I love him.Corry Cats have to be the best little fishes ever. I love how they just snuffle around the tank pushing around rocks and playing in the bubble wand. 8D
They are like,…. The happiest fish ever!!!
Oh yeah, here is a color study for them, err,….. Monsters based on them.
I made sure to add the scientific name of the individuals I was basing the markings on. You know, for you peeps really into the finer details.
Because my favorite thing to do is make up weird critters and weird biologys.
(Someone give me a job making up monsters!!!!!!!)

omg. i LOVE these. may i use them as reference for a project I am doing? It is not for profit; I am building my own table for a 30 gallon tank with shelving for fish supplies, and I want to get into breeding cory cats, so some of the tiles on the table are going to be painted with ceramics.

wow just noticed that was only half a thought lol. anyway the tiles i wanted to paint were going to have different species of cory cat on them. I was just going to draw realistic cories, but these are even cuter, so if I could that would be amazing and if anyone asked about the design in the future I WOULD credit you. (I can write your username on the tiles too if you want)

I definitely appreciate the scientific names. Although you kept true to the coloring, so it would be pretty easy to match the lil' guys with some of the more commonly available Corydoras species.

that´s the funniest thing of science! You can create all you want! While reading the beginning of your description I was thinking that those critters were in real life. My favourite colors are the center and the top one.

I used to have corys in my tank, they're downright adorable. I always enjoyed them! Makes me wish I had a tank again. For now it's only bettas. :{ I really enjoy your color schemes, they look very natural.

they are actually molded off terriers more than cats. I tryed to do a more catlike one but they were to creepy and didn't quite keep the shape I wanted.
