I just ADORE Staccato and how BADASS she looks, and I love how she was also feminine enough to know she was a she without even having to check the info, and her fur is so pretty and her eye is si SRS BDNS and that scar, is that a scar? I think it is a scar and I love it ;w;
Strage is adorable and cute and actually reminds me of the Pilot Snake from the Pearl Harbor movie, in that Strafe seems to look like he's got a sense of humor but beneath that he can be a tough soldier unit when he has to, and SWELLOW <333 I don't see enough Swellows ;w;
And oh fawww, it's a Sharpedo~! I just adore Sharpedo, and I adore Fusillade, he looks toootally angry and vicious and he will bite you into pieces and kdhghd SHARPEDO <333

Facial hair on a guy is awesome. I'm actually really unaccustomed to drawing completely clean-shaven guys unless they're below the age of 18. Hell, I have to keep myself from drawing stubble on Taylor. I just have a thing for rugged chins?
Nolan will destroy things which threaten his little sister. Destroy isn't even the best word to call it--obliterate, yeah that's a lot better. The guy can flip between that cool act and Knight Templar Big Brother at the drop of a hat XDXD.
I'm really glad you like his getup! That coat is Alto Mare Military standard in Latios colors. Women on the force get something similar in Latias colors 
Hale's basically all Nolan has to remind him of his late stepfather, so yes, he's going to try and protect his little dove for as long as he can...even when she needs to try out her wings. =/
