Seriously when I first read this I quickly realize this was nothing more than a publicly stunt to get people to buy Jaco The Galactic Patrolman collection. After all this chapter was meant to introduce Goku's mom well we see her and that's pretty much it. We know more about when Toriyama was talking about her in the interview to promote this. In Minus all we know is she's Bardock's wife, mother of Goku and Radtiz, and she is well a nice person.

When she and Bardock sent Goku away to keep him safe. Yet they said it was a stolen pod so HOW THE HELL DID RADTIZ FIND HIM! Gine say she call Radtiz but how did Radtiz he assume Goku was sent to destroy Earth. Gine would have clearly have told him they sent him because they were afraid of Frieza.
