Description
This is my submission for 's contest.Most the pokemon in my group are shiny, because All is a trainer who specialises in catching shiny pokemon.
Raichu is the only one who isn't, for some unknown reason (it might be surf, I'm not sure).
Edit: Just so there won't be anymore disputes, I've changed the pictures to another set that I drew quickly.
Also, I've removed myself from the contest. So good luck to everyone that made it to Round 2.
Another change is the name of the trainer, from All Barlow to Trevor Garland.

It was brought to my attention that this entry might have copied content. After checking the different between your character design and pokemon design, it does look like the pokemon were traced, and for that reason the entry is being removed from the contest.
If you would like to enter the contest once again, you'll have to redraw the pokemon in your own style.

While the Pokemon look identically like the ones drawn by Sugimori himself, the work on the trainer is of a completely different level, giving the impression that a different person drew it.

Prove it. It would have to be in writing. I assume you mean Sugimori? Or are you admitting that as well as tracing the pokemon, the trainer itself was ALSO drawn by someone else?

I admit the trainer was drawn by someone else and I retraced it, but I had the autor's permision to do so.
The pokemon on the other hand weren't traced.

The pokemon (the pokemon are the ones that seem traced, not the trainer).
If you drew them both, they would look like the same level or work, but they don't at all.

The pokemon were not traced, the trainer was traced and I had permision to use the original image for the trainer.

Yeah, but I didn't copy it.
The only thin that could be considered "copied" is details added to them (the flames on the tail and shadow on Charizard's wings and stomach, the spots on Venusaur's top petals, the shadow on Raichu's tail and ears) but those are aesthetic touches.
