Taikgwendo , Rookie141 and I have been plotting again. This time in a bit more serious manner. It was nice to draw the small bean that Ramses was before he had any upgrades.
Also it should be pointed out that Evoloons don't have parents as we know it but for story purposes I thought it was fitting to have a loon he was "inspired" from.
(so yeah the mystery loon there is no real loon, so no magic gained)

Babies don't know about death, its true. This is beautiful and sad, I love the starfield in the sky and as always am in awe of your background skills. Funny that ramses will still chase these bugs as an adult too.

Im kind of sad because this is one of the reasons I wish they would look at the viability rule again because the "its not on canvas there for its not full body" is what makes some of the points lower (along with the background not really showing depth in the half body shots but I really dont think it could be helped. Then again thats the only thing im ify on is the "what counts for background" if im wrong then all the half bodys should get another 2 points.) ANYWAYS but this piece wouldnt be as heart wrenching if all the comic parts were the loon at full body because it would be simply to much to look at for a viewer

Buut yeah I asked helo in the first place because I'm not sure about some of the half body backgrounds which makes me confused about this whole counting thing.
Also you are right about that. For the visual appearance it's better to have close ups to make the story more interesting to read.
(besides Ramses doesn't really need any more magic so in the end I don't really even care about how much magic I get xD)
