Raven was in her apartment performing a little tai chi, trying to relax and calm her emotions. She breathed in through her nose and out through her mouth. As hard as Raven tried, she remained tense from Lady Necro's unexpected visit the other night. Why had Lady Necro visited her? Scarlet was her old enemy. Suddenly, a knock at the door caused Raven to turn around. Another knock. Raven swipped a revolver from the table and walked over to the door. Looking through the eyehole, she saw the salt-and-pepper hair of Ms. Foten. Letting out the breath she had held, Raven tossed the revolver onto the couch and opened the door.

"Yes?" Raven asked.

"I'm so sorry for disturbing you, Raven," Ms. Foten said apologetically.

"What is it?" Raven asked, sensing wariness in Ms. Foten.

"Some of my tenants are reporting disturbances," Ms. Foten said.
