Scarlet stood still for a moment then moved forward, grabbing Mr. Solan by his suit, and thrust him against the wall, causing nearby nurces and patrons to shriek and back away.

"Scarlet!" Christian exclaimed. Scarlet gritted her teeth in a snarl, revealing her inhuman set of fangs.

"My, my, I see she has some bite after all," Mr. Solan said, glancing at Christian, not making any attempt to escape Scarlet's grasp. "Better keep an eye on that, Christian," then he stared down at Scarlet, he added. "Wouldn't want her to bite off more then she can chew."

"Scarlet, that's enough," Christian warned, grabbing Scarlet's arm and pulling her away.

"Let go of me!" Scarlet screeched, her voice sounding inhuman as she struggled against Christian. She flailed wildly, kicking the air as Christian forced her around a corner.
