Here is my new Saiya-jin character for Budokai. He isn't the most powerful, but he isn't week either. He is only half Saiya-jin. He is capable of of hitting SSJ-1, and USSJ. I also plan on submitting him to I hope everyone likes him. He isn't like most of the Saiya-jins in the series. He is a street fighter more than anything. He doesn't care a whole lot about martial arts he just wants to get the job done in the fastest manner possible. His parents are Nappa and an earth woman from East City. Needless to say some women do like the thought of a powerful man. So Jakyon was brought into the picture. Jakyon will most likely show up a little bit in some of Kaison's comics. So keep and eye out.
