-Berry: Her nose looks like a small red berry and is also the name she was given by her owner.
-Swirl: Her back is littered with spirals and waves in a circular pattern.

-Berryswirl grew up on a farm far from the clan lands with a good farmer for an owner. The man had chose Swirl out of the litter of kittens that were born in his shed and chose Swirl as the one to be raised as a domestic cat and not a loose stray. She often saw her siblings around the farm, but they were nothing like her as they were wild and they were afraid of her as she was different. Swirl was often around cows, pigs, horses, and other large animals so she has lots of knowledge on the creatures and of other things around a farm.

-Handkerchief strawn across back and tied around her neck: Her owner had tied it around her when she was little and she never got rid of it because she loved it so much. It is slightly torn on the edges from going through the Calamity and from general wear and tear.

Due to her time spent on a farm and around a hardworking caretaker, Swirl is very hardworking herself. She is strong and fearless as she faces the new world. She is quick to understand a situation and is able to find solutions quickly. However, she can be angered easily and will let you know it if she does become angry. Swirl is also very fierce as she often holds herself with as much pride and self-confidence she can muster. Her appearance can look very intimidating at times because of this. A good thing though is that she is generally peaceful and very positive about the situations she gets into.
History:
Berryswirl was born in a worn out barn with 3 other siblings. Her mother was a stray that was wild at heart, but also very kind. She was the only one that looked like her mother. Her two sisters and her only brother resembled her father, but none of that really mattered as she was taken in by the farmer that the barn was owned by. He had heard all of the mewling while he was out feeding his cows. He placed milk for the cats and gave them a little food before realizing one of the kittens had grown an attachment to him.
He had taken Berryswirl home with him and bottle feed her and kept her safe. He became her caretaker and the two loved each other. As she grew up with him, she followed him around the farm and soon learned the ways of the other large animals. They were strange creatures, but she enjoyed the noises they made and the way they acted.
Around the age of 2 years, she began to learn their names and also how to communicate with them as well as learn how to maintain plants and things of the Earth from observing her caretaker. She loved her home and everything seemed perfect. She was happy, despite the lack of contact with her real family and with other cats her age, but she was happy and she smiled every day.
However, that never lasts does it? One day the sky grew dark off in the distance. The world started to crash around her. The Calamity had struck. It destroyed everything. Many of the animals she had become acquainted with died or turned dark as they were stained by whatever was destroying the land she had grown up in. Berryswirl was forced to run away and try her best to survive out in the new land.
Everything would not be the same. But luckily she would soon find a new home and a new way to survive.

Behavior, Extras, and Tactics:
-Swirl is based off of the stereotype of a cowgirl.
-Loves animals, plants, and the Earth.
-Her beliefs align more with the Pilgrims than anything else, but she doesn’t really believe in one particular thing.
-Swirl loved her siblings, despite them fearing her and avoiding her. She hopes some of them are alive somewhere out there, but she doesn’t truly know.
-Berryswirl loves to try and grow plants with her hydrokinesis and geokinesis. If she is out in the Ashen lands she is likely to keep an eye peeled for any plant-like material she can try to grow and make the world beautiful again.
-Her fighting style is best described as organized chaos as she will create a maze-like arena and then attack when her opponent least expects it. It could be from above, from behind, it could even be from below. Sometimes she will even weave through her maze and give her opponent a little time to prepare themselves for whatever she might do.
-Swirl’s favorite combo is raising the land at random levels and then sending spikes in before she comes sprinting at them.
-Her hydrokinesis is often used when her opponent is in close quarters to her so that she can kick them back with the waves of water.
