Alpha is a Humonculi who was created centuries ago, being the first to understand basic human interaction and to comprehend pain, both mental and physical. Those same abilities restrain her greatly against others if she has no reason to cause suffering. She possesses a stronger form of immortality that the coloroid White had, being unable to die from wounds, illness, or age. Alpha's talent is to "destroy the point of existence" or to destroy matter at it's heart, though her comprehension of pain and guilt greatly restrain her from preforming such attacks.

Humonculi are a species of artificially created humans who are near immortal and possess varying levels of alchemy and magic. They all have the same blue gray hair, glowing ruby eyes, and grayish skin. Most lack any real personality and are often made into servants and guardians, ones who possess a degree of intelligence tend to be placed in leadership positions or used for research purposes. Regardless of a Humonculi's level of humanity, they are seen as less then human and treated as such.
