Part one of a storyboard project I’ve been working on!Part II --> [link]
This story takes place fairly late on in my Jekyll and Hyde story (presently titled “The Pseudoscientists”), after Dr. Jekyll is forced to flee London. Here he is given the opportunity to follow his friend and mentor Dr. Frankenstein on his journeys across Europe, a lifelong fantasy of Jekyll’s that turns out to be not so fantastic.
Hyde is in this story too but he doesn’t show up in the first bit D:
This premise of this story takes a lot of its inspiration from my attempts to follow my Austrian friend Pia around her homeland.

lol oh gosh fondue, frankenstein, Jekyll, OKAY SRSLY. HOW AMAZINGLY AWESOME CAN YOU GET
your storyboards are so clean and smooth. DON'T DENY IT. you don't know how many times after i read the script i clicked on the arrows really fast so i can watch it like it were already animated. I really love the exaggerated movements, they aren't stiff and express so much. I really Dr. Frankenstein's design, he's such a silly companion. Creature is awesome. Enough said.
Besides my already crush on your Jekyll, love his expressions and dialogue. I'm fairly curious if you imagined a voice for him.

I actually do not have a set "ideal voice actor" in place for Jekyll! People don't generally ask. D:
Recently it's been suggested to me that he sound like Roger from 101 Dalmations, which I am not opposed to! After that.... I get mixed up with British accents. There's James MacAvoy, only he's actually Scottish. And given the particular situation that he's in right now, I kind of imagine him with the exasperated tones of Colin Farrel in In Bruges, but I think he's Irish?

It's a little bit hard to measure since I thumbnailed the entire sequence first (casually, one or two hours a night over the course of about 3 weeks) and then went back and did final drawings on THIS section in about a week and a half? Again, working on-again-off-again with other projects.
