apple has a history of occasionally changing the background of their icloud.com presence.
well, here is its current incarnation as of today, march 2016. or at least how i was able to re-create it.

i added some noise, 'coz that's how i like it.
the wallpaper is delivered in 2560 x 1440 px and should scale just fine on any display.
(yes, even on the massive sized 5120 x 2880 px 27" iMac 5K retina one)

it's delicious, it's vibrant, it's awesome.
