Reminds me of somthing I read in a book by Douglas Adams...
"A robot is programed to do the following if it sees a fish sandwich on the floor...
1: Say "A fish sandwich! I love those!"
2: bend down and pick it up
3: Stand up (in doing so the sandwich slips onto the ground behind it)
4: Turn around and scan the ground for fish sandwiches

I agree with razorsharpfang. A few more poses for the characters would have been better. Since Carrot Top seems to think that the situation is funny (her smile in the last frame), maybe she shouldn't be in open-mouthed shock in the second frame, but maybe have a closed-mouth understanding smile (suprise -> understanding -> reaction to comedy, you have the first and last). Doctor Whooves' entry on the second frame is okay, though maybe an open mouth to signify talking, but he should not still be "walking" in the second frame, but have come to a stop. Different expressions for the Doctor would be good too, his first appearance in panel two is fine (except for possibly an open mouth), but in the second, his eyes shouldn't be lidded in content, but open or have a questioning look in response to Derpy's behavior. I love the situation! Really funny gag and definitely something I could see happen do Derpy!

An alright script, but it could have used more poses for carrot top and doctor hooves.
The payoff would be higher then.
