Agent Florida, a.k.a Blue Team Captain Butch Flowers is allergic to penicillin. For some reason, Florida got hurt somehow, and Church thought it would be best to give him some asprin in some form. That ultimately led to Florida having a fatal allergic reaction to the penicillin. ALSO. Agent Florida was only at the Blood Gulch because he was ordered by the Director to keep an eye on Alpha. And the only reason he came back to life in the episode O'Mally tried to kill everyone was because Florida's armor had the only open comm. But IDK why Florida himself came to life.

Probably a joke you're asking but he died by Aspirin in the medication Church gave him. Flowers may have been a badass but sometimes the most strangest and littlest things kill people, especially medication given in the wrong manner. Shit Happens. Β

Aspirin Overdose. When Church went back in time, he gave Flowers aspirin to prevent whatever they thought had killed him...and instead killed Flowers himself. But the reason Flowers was never violent in Blood Gulch was because he needed to keep Church hidden there, if they actually killed the Reds, they'd have no reason to stay and Church would try to leave.
