Florida was at Blood Gulch for years, and probably got rusty in his skills. And the Freelancer probably knew that Church\Alpha\Epsilon was trying to help. And yeah, he became the Blue Team Captain so he could smartly watch Church\Alpha without any stuff going on. And Caboose wasn't there at the time of Florida's death. I think..

Actually The Beta AI aka Texas was captured by the Meta after the plane crash, along with Gamma and Omega. In the Season Finale of Season 6 Agent Washington sent an EMP out destroying all AI fragments excluding Epsilon. See kills on Agent Washington's page on the red vs blue wikia:

My theory: Wyoming shot him. How is that so?
If I had a time distortion device and knew that using it would produce other versions of me, I would try to reach an agreement with the other mes if they don't accept my authority. I would make it so that one me (preferably the "original" me) remained apart from the action, so that even in case of defeat, of not achieving an objective, I would survive.
This way, when Wyoming saw that he was losing, the backup hid in the shadows, but when he heard on the radio that Flowers was no longer his ally and was about to help the blues, he shot him.

My theory is that he was head-shot by Tex herself. I'm pretty sure that she did it because there was no-one else with the accuracy and skill to do it who also had the motivation to do so.
As for the asprin alergy thing? Well that was just a stupid bit of bad luck. Freelancers tend to be fatally prone to bouts of that disease.

I'm fairly certain Alpha never actually went back in time and Gamma was just screwing with him for old times sake. My guess is someone poisoned him, likely Tex.

My money was on that it was Caboose. The fall from the tomahawk hit damaged his brain. He lasted long enough to kill the turrets then he became Caboose.

Well actually Caboose's....mental state most likely goes back to the battle in Caboose's mind, where three AIs were in his head at once:
Church (Alpha)
Tex (Beta)
Omailey (Omega)
Seeing what happened to the Meta, that seems like the most logical

Well, I guess that wraps everything up. How Chruch got to Blood Gulch, how the Freelancers disperced and their project brought to a close, the truth about Church and ex.
How they're going to carry on into an eleventh season I'll never know.

I'm not trying to sound mean or anything. But when I started hearing theories about the ODST and how he could be Captain Flowers, I was like "That pansy? Give me a break" But when I saw this scene, I was like "Are you fucking kidding me?" The guys who came up with these theories must be screaming their asses off. They were RIGHT!!
