This could've been a universal Flash Special because it's not like Barry has exclusive rights to the nickname. But I wanted more cards to distinguish him from my inevitable OP3 versions of Wally and Jay. Coupled with his IA, this card makes Barry a potentially lethal threat. I was torn between making it a level 7 or a level 5 attack, so I split the difference. Playtesting should help.
