I hope this isn’t too confusing
This first part is more of a set up for learning how to use the tools I use to do hair. I didn’t want to limit this tutorial for only people who are really familiar with photoshop. If you feel comfortable with the pen tool and paths and all that then you can probably just skip over to part two. [link]
I wasn’t positive on the windows commands so if I got any wrong let me know and I can change them ^^ (I’ll credit you!)

Nice pen tool tutorial. It even introduces people to the basics of the brush options dialog. I'm definitely faving this.
