Even though I don't use opencanvas, this is definitely translatable.
I hate when people complicate things by using "such-and-such tool" and I have to like, google it's equivalent in photoshop.
Hah.

But you use one layer how do you color it? I use like 8503248 layers now because its easier to color. I used to not and i was told to use as many layers possible.

It's just like painting ^^ start with the thing that will get covered first, like the skin

U should do what is most easiest for u, if u need to use 1billion layers then go for it. Others can use oneJ others use more. Just do what is easiest for you
