An old idea, born out of frustration. I mean really, Naughty Dog? Keira's been in every game leading up to Jak X and the only costume change she got was a new pair of shoes. Rayn's been in one game and she gets TWO outfits. BLAH!
Whatever, I like the way this turned out.
It's not much of a redesign as I wanted the outfit to look like like something she already owned (like some of the other racers). Tried to make it look more puffy than speedy, like her bouncy default buggy racer thing. 
Also, I forgot to add the goggles. lol

That's a cool riff on her outfit. I did find it weird how everyone else got a costume change except her. I guess since she's already meant to be a grease monkey they didn't bother.

Oooh, love this! It's relatively sensible but very cool and sexy. I feel the color scheme here is better than what was chosen in The Lost Frontier. I'm not sure why but the blue coat (though I like it on its own) seems odd when paired with the rest of her original color scheme. (Although that could also be the quality of the art I've seen for it and the fact I haven't really seen it in game.) The new hairstyle also looks cute and energetic, which fits Keira to a tee. :3

I love how you took inspiration from the buggy racer XD I'm also loving the up ponytail swoosh of her hair.

Yeah, it's kind of hard for me to get into 3rd Party developers. The only third party developer project I can give props too is Sierra's version of Spyro the Dtagon. The Legend of Spyro series wasn't that bad at all but they did kind of ruin Crash somewhat to me haha

I haven't played any of the Legend of Spyro games, but the graphics look awesome. The only thing I don't like is that Hunter isn't a goofball.
The only Crash games I really enjoyed (post ND) were Twinsanity and Crash of the Titans. Two examples of how to do it right without just copying it's predecessors.

Well I only played Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning so I'm not really sure what the other two were like and I don't know how Hunter acts but his new design looked kind of cool but makes him look very serious so I think you know where you are coming from *body language xD*
And I loved Twinsanity, that game was a masterpiece for a game that wasn't made by Naughty Dog. Crash of the Titans was good too even if I didn't like a few things about it. But Mind over Mutant left much to be desired compared to Titans. : /

Yeah, it's a tricky thing when you're trying to take an already established game in a new direction. There's always going to be little bits and pieces a lot of people will either like or dislike. Probably why I always give them the benefit of the doubt. Still. Serious!Hunter. WTH?
I'll have to take your word with Mind Over Mutant, since I haven't played it. Gotta say, though, the cut-scenes are hilarious.
