Beautifully drawn.
I have noticed that your images are not copyright protected with a signature. If you want to do it it, it is super easy.
Under international Copyright Convention, agreed to by most countries on the planet, all you need is 3 elements, which can be in any order or form, printed or drawn or done with effects.
The signature MUST be on the image you have posted (put not he original) and it can be anywhere on the image.
All you need is:
1. Your legal name, or your Tradename (ideally registered).
2. The © symbol as shown, either drawn or typed (option and g keys pressed at the same time).
3. The year the image was created, followed by each year it was changed.
You can use fancy script fonts, handwriting fonts, and graphics. It can be placed anywhere on your image and in any size you wish.

Oh yeah I should have that! So I just make one of those and add it to all my stuff, or is there some function like the watermark here on deviantart where you can add it when you upload the pic?

Here is some info on it. Any questions, just ask.
The only option DA has is a very large watermark that looks like this [link]
I recently sent this copyright info to who just let me know that he has a new copyright signature/watermark seen here [link] showing how he incorporated the Copyright symbol, one of the required elements.
Some artists incorporate their signature into their artwork. See how this artist ran his signature along the shirt/neck line [link] and [link] .
Some Signatures actually look good with the art, like these:
[link] but it is missing the year
[link] also missing some info, but looks good.
—————
I assume you never post your original digital artwork file. On the image you are going to upload to DA, you can just add it using Photoshop or Gimp, if you have one of those.
METHOD 1 (what I do)
1. Create a new Photoshop file big enough for your signature, at 72 dpi, the same resolution of the images you will be posting to DA.
2. Add a new layer, select All, then CLEAR it. It is now a transparent layer.
3. Create your signature on the transparent layer, OR paste it in.
4. Turn off the Background Layer then save it as a TIFF. We will call it the "Copyright Signature File."
5. Open your "Copyright Signature File," and open whichever images you will be posting on DA.
6. Use the MOVE Tool and drag the Signature layer to each of the other files to be posted on DA.
7. Using the Move tool to position the signature where you want it. You can also use Free Transform to rotate, slew, distort, etc.
8. Then Flatten (Layer > Flatten) the DA image, save it and post it.
METHOD 2
WATERMARKING YOUR IMAGES EASILY AND IN BATCHES
WATERMARKING is the process of putting your Copyright Signature, Logo, etc, onto your Images.
I usually add copyright signatures and watermarks manually, but it can be done in automatically and in batches using software.
iWatermark is an application for both PCs and MACs white will add your watermark (copyright Signature), at whatever transparency you want it, to your images. What is great about it is that it will do it in batches, like an entire folder of your photos at a time. REMEMBER NOT TO DO THIS TO YOUR ORIGINAL IMAGES.
IT COSTS US$20. THEIR SITE IS [link]
But you can pay for it in Canadian Dollars, English Pounds, European Euros, Japanese Yen, and Swiss Francs. It is available in many languages.
————————————————————————
JPEG is the enemy of art. It compresses by throwing information away when you save it, as well as creating artifacts in the image. Every time you you save the file after edits, it throws even more image data
PDF and TIFF (with LZW Compression) are the Industry Standards that we use for all commercial art and print media OUTPUT files.
For working files, TIFF is the standard, since it allows you to save layers and multiple alpha channels.
Photoshop has to be used at times, as well as RAW
For INTERNET, PNG is a lossless compression that also allows for the saving of 1 alpha Channel.
JPEG IS A LAST RESORT when high compression is required.

I am disabled and can do very little art, or much of anything else anymore. I developed arthritis at age 12. My spine and joints deteriorate rapidly, causing nerve degeneration and organ failure. So it is kind of like a much faster downhill slide to death than you will likely have, I hope. Live long and Prosper, lol.
Most of my time goes to counseling Gay youth online for issues like suicide, depression, sexual issues, gay education, coming out, end-of-life issues, physical/emotional/sexual abuse, low self-esteme, etc. The rest of the time goes to DA. I am trying to make the most of the time left.
Not to worry, this is life. So don't hesitate to ask questions.

Oh I see. That is so sad. But you have a positive look on life it seems, even though all you've been though. My boyfriend is also interested in the same questions and want to help young gay people in need.

There is a tremendous shortage of people willing to help kids. The biggest reason in the United States is the ever present Witch Hunt. There is such a high exposure to wrongful accusations by kids, of wrongdoing that most people stay away. Programs like "big brother" and "big sister" are for kids who have just one parent, and they are having a really hard time recruiting volunteers. The exposure can be even higher with gay kids.
It was a risk I took. I actually started out working only with adults, and gay kids sought me out, by word-of-mouth. I mostly dealt with the most serious of issues, like suicide and physical/sexual abuse. Now that I am online only, I get a full range of questions and problems.
Often, if a gay child just has someone to talk to, it can make all the difference in the world. Having an adult accept you, support you, and listen to you can save a life.
I had a picture in my mind that in Sweden, growing up gay was easy and that kids could be openly gay at school without problem. I guess that was not very smart on my part. Even without bigotry, it can be hard for kids to figure out who and what they are. Parents will still be disappointed. There are still religious problems, etc.
If he has any questions for me, I will be glad to help. Just send me a Note. There is a lot more to it than you might imagine, like dealing with reconciling Christianity to be gay, managing sexual risks, depression, low self-estem, self-hatred, internalized homophobia, etc.

The amount of people you can get to though the Internet gives you a big advantage! You are helping so many, you even found me aaaall the way across the ocean here in Sweden. ^_^
But no, unfortunately I have to inform you that growing up gay isn't easy anywhere. I've lived both in the US and Sweden for about the same period of time, about eleven years in each and I don't see much difference in that kind of way. We're all just kids, going to school, going through life, experiencing the same feelings and problems in different places on the globe.
I show Isak everything we write to each other and he enjoys reading your wisdom as much as me. If he has a question, he wont hesitate to ask.

Sadly, I guess you are correct about the schools being about the same. Here in the US, there have been two 11 year old boys commit suicide from anti-gay harassment at school. A 15 year old boy was shot to death by a 14 year-old boy after he asked the boy to be his valentine. Newsweek magazine did a story on it where they basically blamed the school for letting the 15 year old boy come to school dress in makeup and women's jewelry. If you "girly" looking, get hurt, harassed, or killed, it is apparently your own fault.
While kids will naturally pick on anyone different, specific anti-gay treatment is a reflection of the behavior they see at home. In America, in some schools the kids do a nation day of silence, where they say nothing all day long, to raise awareness of the silence and isolation that gay kids have to live.
Christian groups have organized protests to this, saying it supports "immoral behavior" and this is what the those parents teach their kids, who then go to school believing it is Ok to harass anyone "looking gay."
Thanks for taking the time to write.

God that pisses me off! What the fuck are they thinking! D:
There are so many horrible people in the world. But fortunately good one to, like you. Can only hope we can tilt the scale more in our favor in the future, and I think we are. I can live almost completely with out fear today. I express my love in public maybe even more than strait couples haha. X)

About the boy shot and killed by the other boy. The killer had just turned 14 13 days before. His room was full of Nazi literature and he had communication with a skin head group. But I do not blame this boy. The was obviously trained in the art of hate.
His father had some 6 guns, all unsecured and easily accessible to his young child. In America, the government elected officials are owned by the gun lover lobby NRA. You can full assault weapons here legally. America has more violent crimes and gun deaths on the planet, except for countries in civil war or war.
Anyway, as usual, the Prosecutor is trying the young boy as an adult, and he will be sent to an adult prison at age 14 for the rest of his life, with no chance of parole. This is a violation of the Human Rights Treaty and is illegal under International Law. The United States currently as about 2,600 such children in prison.
Most people around the world do not know that the United States has refused to sign the Human Rights Treaty. The United States and Somalia are the only two countries on the planet to refuse to sign the "Rights Of The Child" section of the human Rights Treaty.
Until 2005, the United States was executing juvenile offenders. it was struck down by just a one vote majority on the US Supreme Court.
Children in the USA are treated legally like property. Judicially, they are convicted as adults, although they have no other rights or responsibilities of adults. Your brain will not finish developing until you are around 25 years old. At age 14, his frontal cortex is nowhere near developed, the part dealing with reason and impulse control.
The District Attorneys are politicians, they all are, and are motivated to be cruel to children, because Americans thirst for revenge and retribution.
Every GBLT organization sent in please to the District Attorney to try the child as a Juvenile. Even though he murdered a gay boy, we are as a whole, a compassionate people, or at least i like to think that.

Well not much to say, that is just screwed up! I had no idea. What you say about the brain not being finished developing is so true, I cant believe this is happening.
