Description
This is the same XP Luna default VS, I have only modified the side shell style to the top shell style, also I have fixed the styler toolbar alignment at the edges.File contains:
- 3 Themes (same as XP default luna colours) with topshells
- Viorb (with 3 skins)
- Styler themes (3 skins)

Dunno man what may be the reason!! I made it on XP Pro, and as far as I know there aren't any compatibility issues amongst any XP versions. Anyways, I think you might be having problems with the theme, try using only the VS instead.

It is XP, only with the topshell...haven't changed anything else.
