Suit Yourself, Magog Of Morskar, Alex Jones, Mark Dice, Truth Factory, The Slingshot Chanel, PsychedSubstance, Sargon of Aakad, 1791L, Black Pigeon Speaks, Roaming Millennial, Stefan Molyneux, Dr. Jordan Peterson, The Rubin Report, Logan Paul, PewDiePie, Paul Joseph Watson, Adam Carolla, Ben Shapiro, Philip DeFranco are some of the people who have been affected by YouTube's censorship with the help of 10,000 new employees and the ADL and the SPLC who also painted a target on the back of Ayaan Hirsi Ali and Maajid Nawaz.These people are NOT Nazis. IF anyone disagrees they should have it out but don't use the police power of the government or the corporations to silence the opposition. Censorship is just another way of admitting that you know you've lost. Winning negates the need for censorship.

Left or right, its all political theater and pretty much everyone falls for it. Hitler used political division to divide and conquer Germany. The right are falling for this tactic right now every bit as much as the left. The wheel turns, history repeats and neither side is learning anything -- hold onto your hats! Is it censorship to arrest someone for fraud because they were selling phoney stocks in a non-existent company? After all, the only thing the person did was claim to be someone that they're not and claim that a piece of paper they printed is something that it's not.
Your right to swing your fist ends at the tip of another person's nose. Your rights do not include harming others. I don't know the specifics of the particular individuals you mentioned. I've heard that Youtube and Facebook have been trying to crack down on fake news but have had trouble implementing it. As always, the devil is in the details. But in principle it is entirely correct and not in any way censorship to take down material that is patently false and intended to incite anger and resentment.
When someone tries to win the battle of ideas by lying, cheating, and manipulating people, the rest of us have two choices. Either we use police power to prevent it, or we must start using the same dishonest, manipulative, immoral methods that they are.

For mainstream broadcast news and cable tv, there is literally no law that states it is illegal to lie. Someone tried to sue Fox over that and the judge ruled in favor of Fox saying that "news" is "entertainment" and not legally obligated to tell the truth. So by your own logic -- if multi-billion dollar corporations can lie with impunity and without legal consequence, then so should anyone else, too. The people should be able to use the same dishonest, manipulative and immoral methods that the main stream news has been using for decades. Again, this is by your logic. Not mine.
My logic is everyone is entitled to their opinions and anything posted on social media should always be considered as nothing more than someone's opinion. If a person is being slandered, thats what court is for. Let that battle be waged there where its supposed to be waged.

And what is your basis for claiming that mainstream media (which does not include Fox) lies and manipulates? Oh wait, let me guess. Your "research." The standard for dishonesty is not whether what someone's saying fits neatly into your preconceptions but whether or not it's actually true.
Personally, I think that Fox has gone sufficiently off the rails that some sort of regulatory action is warranted. But that's another discussion. In this case, the point is that regulating anything is always a balancing act.
BTW, you didn't answer me about whether or not it's censorship to outlaw fraud.

Well as I like to say, money is just a means to an end. Its a tool. Its never "about the money" its always about control. Which is why when control freaks don't get exactly what they want, exactly how they want it and in the time frame they want it -- they will stomp and destroy their own toys and trash their own spaces -- just as any tantruming 3 year old would do.

Yep. Its not only money=control/power but also the reverse. Studied enough history to know that those who are in control and are freaks about it do their hardest keep the populace ignorant and illiterate.
