Description:
Comet is a sprightly thing, quick and sleek. Like most Milers, she's no good at longer distances, but in her specialty range she's a little speed demon, zooming down the track with intensity and focus. She had a good career on the track, but she's reaching her middle years now, so she's been retired to breed more speedy little Milers. By coincidence, she and Cinder (the PFA's Miler stud) share a lot of genes, either visible or carried, and she's a good bearer; she's more likely to throw twins than average and gives birth with little effort, making her a valuable addition to the PFA's Miler breeding program. She has a better temperament than Cinder, too; while just as intense on the track (with the same tendency to glory-hounding and diehard behavior), she lacks Cinder's solitary tendencies and hormonal pushiness. This provides a welcome moderating influence to their offspring.
