Who else would watch a series on this?
The Mane Five web browsers, Safari, Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Internet Explorer, seem to enjoy each other's company after all! This is a ~1920x1080 image for use as a desktop background. Will try and sort out other resolutions later, though I'm sure most of you have a mastery of typical image cropping techniques

I'm going to re-do a previous elaboration, and expand on my original comment. There will be some changes. Call this a "late breaking" edit.
The Internet Five (as shown in the picture) talk about their experience across the general Internet, as well as the platforms they were programmed for.
Ivy (MSIE ): I can't believe that we're all roasting some marshmallows around Saffire here. Get some chocolate, maybe we'll have some s'mores!
Saffire (Firefox ): I'm telling you now, Ivy, and I've told you a million times, when it comes to my mane, it's like a Ponyta's! It's made of fire! You mention it again, I'll get ticked off, and none of us want that, right?
The rest of the ponies nod their heads in agreement with Saffire's statement.
Chromia (GC/Chromium ): You think Saffire had problems, huh? Compass over there seems quiet. Would anypony ask her what's wrong?
Compass (Safari ): ...Apple...decided...to...(tears up)
Pepsi (Opera ): Decided to...what?
Compass: (crying) THEY TOOK ME OFF THE WINDOWS PLATFORM!!!
Ivy: Compass...calm down. You're not alone in this. Even I'm no stranger to a short multi platform run. In fact, there was a time when I had a home on Mac OS X and Unix-based systems. It was so good to see those users. These days, I can only see Mac users through Parallels or Virtual PC! And Parallels makes me look native to Mac, too! Don't worry, Compass. You'll see your Windows users again. Even though it'll be through a VirtualBox VM, I'm very sure you'll be seen by many PC users long after today!
Chromia: You're right, Ivy! And I can see you both on either platform, even iOS!
Saffire nods in agreement, knowing fully well that even she has a mobile version for iOS. Pepsi also nods in agreement.
Compass: You know, if only Apple would put me on Android, I'd get to see you guys there, too! It'd come full circle! Maybe if I got put on a game console, they'd be able to surf with me for a change.
Ivy: You know, Compass, I just so happen to relate. I have my own place on Xbox. And I've heard Pepsi had been down that road with the Wii and Nintendo DS?
Pepsi: Yep. The Internet Channel and Nintendo DS Browser!
Ivy: But, when it comes to PCs...[begins to tear up]...I've got replaced. Since Windows 10 came out...there was somepony new...
Chromia: I think she's right about that, too. Microsoft Edge , was it?
Ivy tearfully nods in acknowledgement. Almost as if on cue, a new pony, looking like a mix between Ivy and Chromia, with the Edge symbol as a cutie mark, comes in. Because nopony has thought up a name yet, I'll call her Edge, after the new browser.
Edge: I believe this is about me. When I was being raised for primetime, I was called "Project Spartan." It wasn't until Windows 10 was finally released in a major upgrade event that I would adopt Edge as my new name. I get much of my code from Ivy here, so I'm a bit different. A smidge of Chromia for the looks, a jigger of Ivy for my rendering, and a little bit of 10 to integrate and communicate with Cortana.
Compass: I've heard of her!!! She made a visit to iOS recently!!! I got to ask her about everything Halo!!! The Master Chief, what it was like fighting Covenant forces, decoding alien battle traffic...
Cortana appears, and interrupts Compass.
Cortana: ...And apparently I wound up on Android and Windows 10, too! [low voice to Edge] Watch out for Compass, Edge. She's a talker! Ever since I set up shop on iOS, she wouldn't shut up!
Compass: WHAT WAS THAT, CORTANA?
Cortana: (nervous laugh) Nothing... (to Edge, in a low, albeit irritated voice) Seriously, she's been pestering me about the Covenant for a GOOD THREE HOURS! I CAN'T TAKE IT!!! [Writer's note: I just wanted a little personality in this one. I like the idea of Cortana on iOS, even the fact that it's there. However, with my iPhone being an older model, Cortana can't be installed. iOS 7.1.2 isn't supported.]

People (or Ponies), you should try out Internet Explorer 11, it's not the same IE you used to know.

I said that before I was aware of Edge (the new browser) was coming. IE will still receive updates, but wouldn't have another major version.

Opera's been around for a long time! Also one of the most innovative browsers, technically speaking. I believe Opera was the first browser to use tabbed browsing, for example.

Opera : There's a lot of users that use us for many purposes. We all have something in common.
Internet Explorer : Yes, I know, Opera: we can surf the web! We're all surfing buddies here!
Chrome: Hey, IE, Safari seems a bit quiet. What's her problem?
Firefox: Yeah, Safari. What's eating you?

Safari: Internet Explorer: Yes. I went through the same thing, in reverse. Microsoft put me on Macs back in 1998. I had the same territory you had, until they discontinued me in 2005.
