This CSS is free to use, please note me for the code.
This is a new CSS design for #Free-dAvatars & =FreeAvatarProject . I've been wondering lately why most CSS designs on dA seem to be so static; I'm hoping to shake things up a bit with this work
. There is a rule on the books that CSS may not be excessively animated, but since this same rule is stated for avatars as well, I presume that means designs should not flash (to avoid seizures)More CSS: [link]

The journal is coded in CSS (it's the only language dA accepts for journal skins). The waterfall animation was generated by some Java code I slapped together.
