Me neither! I don't care for much Vocaloid stuff and it's funny how
the "popular" stuff didn't sell AT ALL. We sold hardly any Sailormoon stuff.
I sold out of all of my Tiger & Bunny prints. All 2 of them LMAO!! It really won't
be worth coming back here and getting a table again. We'd be so broke. XD

Yeah the popular stuff didn't really sell at all, at least not in print or some form like that. My doctor who and companion cube charms sold out first half of the first day. I should have made more then six of each. But the Sailor Moon and Vocaloid and Canada and America, which were mentioned on the ai-kon forum in the thread "what do you look for in the artist alley?", didn't sell at all. I don't completely understand that. Last time I went in 2009 all people wanted were the popular things. How is there such a swing away from the popular in 2 years with out that being noticeable BEFORE the convention?
If I had any clue I totally would have done the less known or less popular Hetalia characters and vocaloids and if I had known some of the things I was commissioned were wanted I would have had art of them too. Damn. Ah well. Live and learn.
I think I am going to focus on the things I like most now regardless of what's popular.

I was going to do some Gundam stuff too since I'm still geeky over it (especially after seeing their cafe! *NERDYGIGGLES* I want Haro coffee) AHEM anyway!!
I would love to hang out with you a little or come and visit you before I leave for Toronto.
What times are ok for you? What days? I work days in an office every week Mon-Fri so I can only visit on weekends. I can bring Xeph! XD

Ah we are all geeks about something. I don't know if I've ever seen any Tiger and Bunny. They have a cafe?
When do you leave for Toronto? Any time is pretty good. I usually sleep until noon though. As for days, well every other weekend or so my step son to be comes over and those are times just for him, my fiance and I to just hang, but other then that any time is good. This weekend he comes over. Maybe next weekend?

Next weekend would be great. I leave for Toronto very soon. Depends on whether or not I get the place. Will find out in 7 days. This weekend I'm getting pictures of Xeph downtown in places I won't see in Toronto. Sunday is the art meet so Saturday or Friday night would be best.
Haha well Tiger & Bunny is very new. The first season is over, they're onto the second now. It just started airing in Japan so I don't think it'll be dubbed for a few years yet. And YUP! They sure do! --> [link]

Also if you want company in wandering down town to take pics of dolls, I could bring Remmie (since she has the most clothes, and Arryn doesn't have any really, and Elah doesn't have a wig yet). I'd love to get some shots of her in the exchange district, like in one of those tunnels between the buildings.

Ooo!!! That sounds like a great idea! I like that. Xeph's got another pair of clothes yet I've got to finish then I'm taking him out for some more pictures. I'm getting more confident with my sewing skills since his zip up hoodie turned out so well. It'd be AWESOME to have friend come along for some pictures! The more the merrier!
Yup! Art Meet. There's a tiny Winnipeg art meet get together where we all doodle, chat about geeky stuff and go home laughing. I'm really going to miss it. There's so much good chemistry at this art meet that I haven't had at any other hobby meet.
OAO OH I KNOW! It'd be awesome to go with someone who loved Gundam. Dew, one of my friends who was dragged along, doesn't really geek out on the fandom as much as I do. I was almost in tears when I got my Haro coffee. (it was really early in the morning when we got to Akiba so I really needed the jump start) I really miss that coffee. It was the BEST coffee I ever forced myself to drink. And the little Gundam shaped waffles just made me cry with excitement. Such creamy cheese and haaammm. *drool* TAT Why can't we live there?

I've never gone to an art meet like that. I went to a Dr Sketchy once. That was fun. I wanna do that again.
I'm not a huge fan of Gundam. It's cool and I like it, but Phynix is a way bigger fan of it then me. Oh man though, Gundam shaped waffles. I don't like waffles but I'd eat that just because of the Gundam shape. Too awesome.
As for living there? I dunno. I wish I had the funds to even visit.

Global Bubbletea house down portage (if you want to come). We have a lot of laughs.

Oh man. I like waffles but these are stuffed waffles. They put real delicious stuff inside.
I saw the chocolate marshmallow ones but I ended up buying the ham and cheese. They were very very delicious. Not too hot and very appetizing (as most food was there).
I wish I had an endless supply of funds but unfortunately having a money tree is pure fiction.
