Just call me Ms. Manners! Taking a short break from commissions to educate~The first of probably a few lessons some folks in this niche interest don't seem to know yet.
Any similarities to real users are simply in your imaginations.

When it ces to requesting, I request in a way that's a little bit of both path's you portrayed. People that do requests are so rare nowadays they could be concidered an endangered species (no offence.) so if you request from someone, you only get one chance to say it right. Mess it up, and you'll be wishing you had money for commissions for weeks.

I have a question for rude requesters.
If you don't like the other person's art or attitude, then why even ask for a request in the first place?
Although I don't think request whoring is the worst thing to happen in humanity, I still think it's pretty stupid and unneeded nonetheless :/
That's why I very seldom ask for requests.

Gimp is free, and has low system requirements. it's what I use. :3

I agree with all this. I'll admit, I've fallen into some of the bad aspects at very rare times myself, but I always try to keep courtesy and grace in mind when doing stuff like this. ^_^;; heh...
I would very much love to commission or request something from you... I really love your artwork, it's always so bright and cute and cheery, makes me smile. :3 I myself am just kinda starting out. XD heh.
For future reference, if I ever get to commission you, please don't hesitate to let me know if I'm acting anything less than polite.

I think so long as you're actively trying to be polite, you don't have much risk of doing otherwise, so no worries. :3

This is fantastic. Would it be alright if I used it the nest time I open for requests? I get a lot of guilt trip comments. This is a nice polite way of teaching people to stop doing that.

I love to draw, but I don't do requests, unless it's interests me. Also, I only request occasionally, which could be way less then most people.

I think it's best to only request occasionally, so that's great. n_n and of course you shouldn't have to do requests unless you like them~
