You have good eyesight. Congrats.
The bronze is screwed in the stone at the bottom of the tail. It was hard to get that right and it isn't done perfectly. The paws hardly touch the stone indeed.
With a light airy feel as a result.
Thanks.

Mate, I think you really hit the nail on the head here. I looked at the different angle shots and from all of them I got that sleek feline feeling. I believe this sculpture achieves everything I expected from your comments in that it truly portrays, in all accounts, catness. Fav'd mate, and congrats again.

Oh my. I have to say, sculpture usually isn't my cup of tea, but this left me breathless. The curves are amazing and the flow of the body lines is extremely lifelike. I am very very impressed.

I'm totally not into music, so I had to look it up what bass cleff and treble cleff are.
You're right, it does look like a combination of those 2 cleffs.
You've added music to my sculpture, thanks

The lines are perfect. Especially the tail and sloping back. My only complaint is that without larger ears on the head, I thought it was a viper at first. However, you said you set out to capture the essence of a cat and I believe you have done that. The sculpture has a sort of sly grace about it that I would expect of a cat. Great job!

You're not the first to comment on the viperlook. At the beginning I didn't get that, but now I'm starting to see it as well. I suppose that's why some detest the piece.

Wow, this is beautiful, estetique, wonderful! Love the lines in this sculpture. So many people is trying to do the same that you've done here, but in most cases fails to catch the basic likeness - I saw almost right away that this was a cat!
Congratulations on the DD, it is well deserved! Cheers
