Something I put together these last few hours (actually, I started at 11pm and ended just now, at 8am). This is for DingoPatagonico 's contest in search of a skilled sniper. Spikes being Spikes, he just had to show off his aim in some reckless and ridiculous way.

Since it's been a while since I last put Spikes around here, I might as well give you some info.

Spikes was born sometime during the 80s in the Daltic Union. Since he was 17, he pursued a career in the military. He enrolled in the Air Force as ground personnel, spending a few years in an anti-aircraft battery before being selected for special forces training. He turned out to be an excellent shot, soon becoming a designated sharpshooter. His skills didn't go unnoticed by his superiors, who transfered him to one of the special observation and scouting units tasked with spotting targets for close air support and tactical strike missions.
For the purpose of the contest, he was sent to Griffon City in a military exchange short before a violent change of government in the Daltic Union left him cut off from his country. Deciding he didn't want any part in the conflict, he chose to stay and eventually received residency. Since he had no other marketable skills, he applied to the GCPD, where he knew he could put his experience in urban warfare to good use. Dora Klendathu was assigned to take a look at him.
