Grape Vine lives on a vineyard with the rest of her family not too far out from Manehattan. While her farm grows many varying crops (It's actually the second-largest in Equestria) many who work there believe that the pride and joy of the farm is the grapes, which are harvested into many delicious delicacies such as jam and wine. Grape Vine was transfixed with the process of grape farming and, even when she is not working, she can be found out in the vineyard studying their growth and making sure each and every grape is perfect for consumption.
Her cutie mark represents her talent with growth, as well as her love for a carefree and simple life surrounded by nature. The vine connected to the grapes gets longer as she ages, signifying both her experience in her craft as well as her growing appreciation for her lifestyle.
