Frogsplash was originally based off of Homestuck's Land of Frost and Frogs
Looked up to Jadesnow a lot. She was thrilled to get her as a mentor. She is thrilled to be reunited with her in StarClan.
Sometimes she would get hiccups. They would sound like tiny frog croaks.
She would forget to put her tongue back in her mouth a lot.
She was obsessed with birds, and fascinated by them. Hummingbirds were her favorite.
She loved snow, and actually performed better in snowy conditions. She liked swimming too.
After Fallenstar took over as leader, Frogsplash promised herself that she would rebuild her mother's Clan to it's former glory. She died before she saw this happen.
She actually had both Burrowtoes and Silversoul as suitors; but clicked better with Silver.
She was never planned to have kits but she was such a wonderful mother.
Her death was the most tragic of all my characters.

Coldkit was fluffed up in the nursery alone. Peace and quiet away from his siblings. Though it would have been nice if it was actually warm in the nest. The young tom shifted around before sagging completely into the fluffy moss that lined his nest.

Frogsplash entered the den, looking around as if she'd lost something. Her eyes found her son Coldkit curled up in the nest, and her heartbeat relaxed. She padded up to him.
"Hey, Coldkit," she mewed in a gentle voice. "What's going on, bud? You feeling alright? Did you not want to join the others as we walked around camp today?"

"I don't feel good..." The little tom mewed, sinking farther into the nest with a small sniffle. His fur was starting to go on end because of the cold den as well. Coldkit, at his last nerve, got up and scampered out of the nest and over to where his mother was sitting and nestled in her warm belly fur, letting out a small coo of relief.

Frogsplash frowned. First Berrykit, and now Coldkit? She'd have to warn the other queens that a sickness may be going around. StarClan, she hoped it wasn't Greencough. It was that time of year again.
"Does your belly hurt?" the queen asked, pressing her wet nose to his dry one and curling her tail around him to keep him warm. "Is your head warm? Or are you cold?"
Though she knew some of the herbs, Frogsplash was no medicine cat, and had no idea which symptoms were those of Greencough and which were normal colds. They could even be one and the same for all she knew.

He flattened his striped ears."My head and belly hurt. Everyone was being loud outside so I left. But when I came in the nursery the others called me lazy and rude then left too..." Coldkit curled his short legs underneath himself.

Still checking her son for any abnormalities, Frogsplash decided it would be best to consult Mothtrail about it. "Wait here," she instructed the gray kitten as she traipsed across the camp towards the Medicine Cat Den, hoping Mothtrail would have something to help.
She returned a few moments later with a bundle filled with herbs and a wet mossball. "Mothtrail says you need to drink some water," she mewed, nudging the wet mossball towards him, hoping he'd drink from what liquid was trapped inside. "It's not milk, but it'll help. You should also eat these," she mewed, pointing to a particular type of seeds, of which there were about four or five. "And then I'm supposed to rub this on your head a bit, to help it not be so hot." She began to dip her paw in the substance and moved to paw it onto Coldkit's forehead.

Coldkit let out a small grunt and lapped at the moss, flinching slightly when the cold water dripped down his throat. He began to purr slightly as the cold substance was moved onto his forehead, relieving some of the unwanted heat. Moving to get the seeds, the tom ate one, crunching on the hard seed. It definitely wasn't milk, and he didn't like it. Pulling a sour look, Coldkit crunched on another.

"I know they taste bad," Frogsplash frowned, finishing up putting the cooling substance on Coldkit's forehead. "But they'll make you feel better, I promise."

do i start this off- you know what, i am going to start this off.
Leapfern was glad to be laying down in relaxation after training Milkpaw, it was such a tiring job to do but she made it enjoyable. The warrior looked towards the nursery, seeing a certain caliby walking out of the den. She hadn't seen her ever since the war had been called off and hoped to talk to her once again, she wondered how it was like being a parent. "Hey, Frogsplash!" She called, standing up quickly, making her way towards the young warrior with a smile glued to her face. "What's up? I haven't seen you in awhile ever since you and Silversoul adopted those kits! What's it like being a parent? You okay? You know, since the war ended?" She bombarded her with questions and realized that she was probably confusing her with all the silly questions.

Frogsplash laughed at the sudden questions, but she purred with delight. "It's great to see you Leapfern," she smiled. She hadn't seen her friend since she had moved to the Nursery to take care of her new kits, which the silver she-cat had inquired about. "What the queens say is true...kits are definitely a pawful! This is my first time being able to do something on my own without seven little furballs following me around," she laughed gently. "But I love them. They're all so sweet and lovable--I know they'll all make fine warriors one day."
She shook out her fur, sitting down and folding her tail over her paws, indicating that Leapfern had Frogsplash's full attention. "I'm doing well after the War--luckily I hadn't gotten too hurt," she'd been fortunate through the battles, one of the only cats that had escaped practically unscathed. "How are you doing?" Frogsplash's tone turned more dark as she knew her friend had been having trouble after the fighting had ended.

Leapfern smiled, happy to hear the news that she was enjoying her new family. "That's great to hear!" She mewed, ears perked up in interest as she listened to Frogsplash who told her she wasn't too hurt after the war had ended and her face full of worry was washed away, her question confused Leapfern for awhile until she put the pieces together. "I'm fine, just a bit jumpy and all but I'm okay, few scratches won't stop me." She responded quietly, obviously embarrassed that she admitted the truth. It stung her pride just a tad bit.

Frogsplash smiled in kind, "I'm glad to hear that. You know you can always talk to me if you need to, right?" though the she-cat knew Leapfern well enough to see that she was embarrassed, she wanted her friend to know that it was okay. The calico purred to try and lighten the mood a bit after her question, and tried to think of something else to say. "So, have you been seeing any toms recently?"

Leapfern's eyes widened in surprise and question as she looked at the caliby, she really hoped she was joking about the question but realized she was serious. "Whaat?" The silver she-cat quickly looked away, not knowing how to respond. "I mean, really Frogsplash? toms? Puh-lease!" She was already wondering if she could whack some sense into her friend for asking such a weird question. "Did you know spiders are ugly things? I seen one yesterday and it was huge, disgusting and so, soo ugly!" She tried her best to change the topic.

Frogsplash laughed, but realized Leapfern was trying to change the subject. She understood; toms was never something the caliby wanted to talk about either. "Spiders aren't so bad. I say if they keep bugs out of my fur then they're good enough for me!" her whiskers twitched as she purred.

Leapfern looked at with a disturbed expression, her ears pinned down and started to question Frogsplash's sanity; was she serious? "Gross, Frogsplash! I can't believe you'd say something like that!" The silver she-cat mewed, golden eyes were practically staring holes through the caliby's forehead. Randomly, she blurted out a question. "Spiders keep bugs out of your fur? I never knew that."

"Well, spiders eat bugs, so if they eat them all it keeps them out of your fur," Frogsplash mrrowed in amusement. "So they can't be all bad."

"Bad?!" Leapfern exclaimed as she flopped down onto the ground nervously, looking up at the caliby that now towered over her. "Listen to what you are saying, Frogsplash! Those things could kill you! Do you see how big they could be?! Highly dangerous!" She may have been overreacting. "Bearwhisper barely did a thing when that spider was crawling right on my nose! He just, like laughed at me!" Leapfern complained dramatically putting her paw on her muzzle for emphasis. "Why are we talking about spiders?" She asked.

"You brought it up," Frogsplash couldn't help but laugh. "I dunno Leapfern--some of them are as small as my little claw. Smaller than my nose! They hardly seem dangerous. 'Sides, why would they be--they like to eat bugs, not cats!"

Leapfern rolled her eyes as she smirked smugly, enjoying the nonsense her friend spouted. "They do eat cats. They tangle you up in their webs and just chew-! Imagine how good of a story that'd be! The kits would love a scary story!" She joked, although there was a hint of seriousness in her voice; if she had any kits and they didn't listen to her, she'd tell them scary stories so they wouldn't sleep at night and that'd be revenge. "They'd have nightmares about me and spiders." She sarcastically added.

"They'll all be scared of you," Frogsplash laughed, thinking of her own kittens. Actually, depending on the kit, the reaction would be different. She thought firstly of brave little Coldkit, who wouldn't be phased at all--or sweet Berrykit, who would probably be too scared to leave Frogsplash's side for moons. "The Queens wouldn't be too happy either, if you scare their little ones like that," she cautioned.

Leapfern let out a loud sigh as she shook her head, obviously she hadn't caught onto the joke too fast but she was serious, wasn't she? "You know me better then that, Frogsplash. I would never scare the kits like that unless they act up, that is." She snorted, rolling her eyes a second time. "

"I know, furball," Frogsplash laughed, placing a paw on Leapfern's shoulder comfortingly. "I actually think that you'd be a great mother, yourself."

Leapfern gave a lop-sided grin as she tilted her head, ears pinned downwards slightly. "Oh, really now?" She mewed questionably, suddenly remembering her encounter with the Pebbleclan apprentice Jaggedpaw, telling her that she'd be a great mother just like Frogsplash had just now. "I would love for you to prove that one day!"

Leapfern started to snicker as she listened to what her caliby friend had said, amusement seemed to sparkle in her eyes as she gave Frogsplash a questionable look. "Did it really come out that way?" She asked only to let out a snort, obviously finding the situation they were in hilarious. "I'd be the kind of queen who never let her kits leave the nest just so they don't wreck their precious coats."

"S-sorry, I didn't mean to say it like that!" Frogsplash laughed at the awkwardness of it. "But I understand...I swear I give more baths to these little ones per day than I do for myself in a season!"

Leapfern smirked smugly at the caliby's distress, finding it hilarious that she'd get awkward just by one comment. "Ah, don't worry, Frogsplash; sometimes we say things without thinking." She joked sarcastically and listened to what she had said next before a purr rumbled in throat, she suddenly threw her paw out and stomped it on the ground dramatically. "They need to be extra clean, Frogsplash! You need to wash yourself, like... whenever you have the free time to do so!" She exclaimed jokingly.

"Seems to be a common occurrence with me...always saying things without thinking," Frogsplash muttered to herself, albeit with a smile on her face. "Hey it's hard work! I should make you do it...if you could catch any of them! Wiggly little things, they be." the caliby laughed aloud at the thought of what a disaster bathtime was. Even Silversoul got a bit distressed at the matter. "In fact, you could just take over for me. I feel like this is the first time I've been out of that nest in seasons!"

Leapfern laughed until it dawned on her, making her give Frogsplash a look. "What?! Are you serious?" She asked quickly, her words jumbled together. She wondered how it'd be taking care of so many kits, it'd probably be a complete and utter disaster, she would round them up and start counting to make sure they were all there before putting them in organized order so bathtime would get started and if they tried to avoid it? Leapfern would probably forbid them to go outside until they were freshly cleaned.
Just thinking that made Leapfern continued to look at the caliby. "You should get out of the nest often, you'd feel cramped up in that den once it's filled with more kits and queens!"

"I already feel that way," Frogsplash laughed, stretching to prove her point, her claws extending as she reached her most-stretched-out stance. "It's okay though. I'll let them play for now, because you only get to be a kit once, you know?"

Leapfern chuckled, amusement flickered in her eyes as she looked at her caliby friend stretch. "Yeps!" Replied the she-cat, "It's been so long since I've gotten out of the nursery, I already feel old." She sighed although her smile remained on her features.

Frogsplash laughed to match her friend. "It seems like so long ago I couldn't wait to get outta the Nursery. Actually, I feel that way now. Not much has changed," she purred. Technically she and her littermates had been kept in the leader's den for most of their young kithood, but it was easier to identify with Leapfern if she said Nursery.

Leapfern grinned rather cheekily as she looked at the caliby. "Not much has changed?" She echoed Frogsplash's words, shaking her head and nudging her friend playfully. "I got an apprentice for Starclan's sake!" Leapfern exclaimed dramatically, resulting in more laughter. "Of course some things have changed~" She said teasingly.

"You know what I mean!" Frogsplash pushed her friend's shoulder gently with her paw. "You're right though--everything has changed. It's for the best though, I wouldn't have it any other way!"

Leapfern nudged her back then stuck out her paw as if she was explaining something that was very important. "Tch, since when did you surpass me with being so wonderfully amazing?" She lowered her voice, trying to be intimidating by giving her a playful glare. "I am the leader of Amazingclan, after all."

Frogsplash lifted a fuzzy eyebrow, playing along with Leapfern's game. She hadn't done this since she was a kit--but she couldn't help but feel excited.
"You may be the leader of AmazingClan, but I am Amazingstar, leader of AwesomeClan," she crouched into a ready-to-pounce position, "And I declare war on AmazingClan!"

Leapfern mimicked her position, tail swished side to side with sudden excitement. "You're so on, Amazingstar!" She playfully raised her paw and pretended to claw at her friend's face. "I must warn you though, Amazingclan has better fighting then you mouse-brained cats!"
She quickly backed away in a threatening manner, letting out a forced hiss as she giggled. "You cannot win!" Leapfern exclaimed, puffing out her chest in determination. "Only Starclan knows who is better at fighting and it's so obvious that I'll win!"
