Description
This was a group effort. The fish are blown sugar, the white coral is rock sugar...cooked sugar with royal icing added...the thicker seaweed coral is just shaped sugar, the thin seaweed is pulled sugar, the fans are made with spun sugar, the base is casted sugar on top of marble. I think I covered it all.My fish is the one in the center, uppermost, blue with white fins, I also made most of the thin seaweed and helped to figure out the shape of the base.
