Damn It's been a while since my last piece, I've been so flat out busy with work lately!I LOVE THIS GAME!!! Rockstar have really nailed it, AGAIN! Even if you're not a western/shooter fan you'll still love this game!
I really wanted to do another piece for RDR, you might remember my last:
But with this one I really wanted to show a lot of action, and show off some cool things from the game! For instance:
- The feature to lasso a guy and do what you want with him, like dragging him from a horse LOL!
- Deadeye, the ability to slow down time to focus on your shot, like here, speeding on a horse but still able to drill a guy with ease
- The bear attacks, well it's not really a feature, just freaking cool!
Anyway I hope you all enjoy this!

Probably if you had done the most desert background, your scene would have been much better, but nonetheless it is an exelent work!

Horses have always been such gallant creatures, I also love how well they're portrayed in some video games I've seen/played (Twilight Princess, Red Dead Redemption).

There was one time I was riding along and I saw someone who was getting chased by wolves. Like I usually do I went to help, but a Cougar came out of no where killed the person and killed my horse!

Absolutely agree, I've played this game for only a few hours so far and have fallen in love with it as well I also love your rendition of it. I haven't encountered any bears yet but I swear, never wander into cougar territory. Those things are relentless killing machines that have killed my horse numerous times.

Maybe do a part 3? I saw someone posting your pics on /v/, and they love them haha. Maybe the next one could be in the snowy mountain area you go in to fight Dutch's Indian gang? I went in there and got ambushed by, you guessed it, a fucking cougar.

I really love the game aswell, I was waiting out for you second piece heh. Though I have to say after playing it the only thing I feel thats different here is the overall tone and texture.
The is some great textures in the game and add to that harsh feeling of the desert and the sky is usually a mixture of strong reds or strong blues whereas you went with a kinda violet shade overall.
I like how you added the elements in there though. Perhaps if you wanted to give that feel of the dead eye you could of used that orange glow around the victim or something. The horses legs seem somewhat strange too, for a graceful creature they seem slightly crippled hehe especially since you have made this robust and muscular shape and then added these sharp legs. Also why isn't it an American standardbred or hungarian halfbreed
I really like this piece but I don't feel the expansive world and dry atmosphere in it. I guess making the lassoed guy a treasure gang bounty or something and having guys in the background chasing and shooting would fit well.
I mean I could mention alot of things you could add but it really does have to fit in a scene and you have done really well with the scene you have created.

haha looks awesome! love the expression on the lasso'd guy. i managed to lasso an elk earlier... didnt get very far tho; got attacked by a big grizzly! yikes! keep it up m8!
