Damn It's been a while since my last piece, I've been so flat out busy with work lately!I LOVE THIS GAME!!! Rockstar have really nailed it, AGAIN! Even if you're not a western/shooter fan you'll still love this game!
I really wanted to do another piece for RDR, you might remember my last:
But with this one I really wanted to show a lot of action, and show off some cool things from the game! For instance:
- The feature to lasso a guy and do what you want with him, like dragging him from a horse LOL!
- Deadeye, the ability to slow down time to focus on your shot, like here, speeding on a horse but still able to drill a guy with ease
- The bear attacks, well it's not really a feature, just freaking cool!
Anyway I hope you all enjoy this!

Oh WOW. This goes in my favs, as usual it's real awesome. But this, this has something better, it has something particular, maybe the atmosphere of RDR, maybe the simple fact I love your artstyle, I don't know, I just find it bloody awesome.

Man lovin' this like the game and that means a whole lotta love...... 
I was dead the first time I faced the bear it was like hey whats that? roarrrr... *weapon selection wheel(I had revolver)* roar... and john lied dead in the ground. same with the cougar.

HAHA same here, like today I was overwhelmed by about 6-8 cougars at once, then I only just ran into an abandoned shack.. Those scary mutherfuckers just circled the whole shack making those blood curdling growls! It was so cool though! Then I tried to make an escape, got mauled but managed to take about 5 down with me

I was never confronted by 6-7 cougars at the same time.. 2 to 3 max... You must have used dead eye to its max with every cougar's head painted in cross

beautiful piece. i love the blur for the 'deadeye' feature, haha. and the bear attack is a nice touch, lol. i do love that guy getting lasso-dragged, though!!
you have a ton going on in this, which is AMAZING and very impressive!! i love it. great color scheme, too. gives it an awesome feel.

but seriously, masterful work as usual. the only two things that "bother" me is the heavy blur you applied. a little less would've been more (what a clichΓ©). and the colors could be a touch more vibrant. that's my "I wish I could Ninja your talents" feedback... xD

looks pretty good. however the characetrs upclose looks way similar. if it were art used in an actual game you'd hardly be able to tell characters apart....

Very amazing. i love watching you here on DA. There is always something to look forward to when you see a patrickbrown image in you massages. This is very well done. I would love to play this game and have watched many trailers. unfortunately thats as far as i'll get as my xbox 306 was stolen earlier this year. I love the expressions and how much you crammed into the image. Although there is lots happening its done very well. Again great work, Can't wait for your next piece.

All the awesomeness aside--the horse looks irky and its tack as well. Sorry, but the rest is just perfect, so I guess the small mistakes stick out more.

As soon as I found out there were bears in the game, it became my goal: I will shoot a bear in the face. And on Saturday evening, I finally found a bear. And shot him in the face. Then his buddy came up and mauled my horse, so I shot him too. Then a third one found me later, and he killed me... This game is awesome, and this is an awesome fan art. Good job.

I'm trying to go knife some cougars for a challenge. They kept killing my horse without fail every time I crossed the bridge into Mexico or back into the states. Now I can't find one there. It's irksome.
I've never tried to knife a bear. I was very disappointed to learn that, while you can lasso animals, you can't hogtie the hogs. I mean, what's up with that?
