Damn It's been a while since my last piece, I've been so flat out busy with work lately!I LOVE THIS GAME!!! Rockstar have really nailed it, AGAIN! Even if you're not a western/shooter fan you'll still love this game!
I really wanted to do another piece for RDR, you might remember my last:
But with this one I really wanted to show a lot of action, and show off some cool things from the game! For instance:
- The feature to lasso a guy and do what you want with him, like dragging him from a horse LOL!
- Deadeye, the ability to slow down time to focus on your shot, like here, speeding on a horse but still able to drill a guy with ease
- The bear attacks, well it's not really a feature, just freaking cool!
Anyway I hope you all enjoy this!

awesome! espwcially with the light effects. and the guy that gets shot in here.... is it just me or does it look like a lil bit "foggy" did u used some sort effect on it? but at the same its sharp as hell. or are my eyes just getting sleepy here in school

NAAAAAWCE mate! Looks cool! Im still too broke ass to get a hold of this game yet. I finally got my xbox fixed so im gunna get it on there seeing as it sounds like PS3 got screwed big time on this one. Have had a bit of a play tho, looks like you've captured it all pretty awesomely in this pic dude! Pretty much exactly what i remember from the game! NICE!

Hey thanx Bobby! Yeah it was fun to do! Love the game, though I know what you mean about PS3 getting screwed! Whenever I play online multiplayer, no one is ever there, it makes it so boring to play online, I usually have to invite or be invited to have any fun.. Although there have been a few lucky times where I was thrown into a HUGE game of 16 players kicking ass!

Wow, really good. You really outdid yourself. My dad and I love this game. I've been hooked on it ever since I got it, and its really fun and I absolutely love the environment...the picture is really amazing too. I like how you incorporated all those different features into the one picture, and all the crazy action going on in the background as well.

I love your work, as always. The only point of criticism I can see is the use of the blur effect on that one man, his hat, the blood spatter, and his pistol.
I guess I'm just unsure what you were trying to convey with that. With so much going on in the piece why only apply a motion blur to just him? Surely a man being mauled by a bear and another being dragged by a lasso would have motion blurs too. If the idea is to convey motion I think the blood spatter from the double-taps exiting his body establishes that beautifully.
Or maybe it's not a motion blur, maybe he's out of focus because he's in the foreground of the shot? If that's the case shouldn't the man in the background between the horse's legs and everything in the far distance also be out of focus? I don't know, having him and only him blurry like that makes him look out of place.
But, then again, you did mention the deadeye feature of the game, which I haven't played yet. So maybe that's exactly how it looks in the game. If so, I can't speak to that yet.
All-in-all I really like the piece regardless. Just that one guy!

Wonderful picture. I havent' played this game yet(we might buy it eventually XD), but I have seen the comercials and thi seems spot on for me. I think you've achieved you goal of showing a lot of action ^-^. The shadows of birds in the sky are really cool too! Nice facial expressions. They really tell a story. The only thing that bothers me is the eyes of the man that's been shot. The way they're rolling to the side seems strange to me. It seems to me like he's staring at his shoe rather than dying.... that might just be me though ^-^'
