Picking up right where we left off from the phone call at the end of chapter 16~!

Chapter 17 went through some extensive rewrites, and I actually started the thumbnails back in 2021. Alot of them were repurposed for use in the chap 17 you’ll be seeing (particularly on this page), but a few details got lost in the shuffle/rewrite. Perhaps i’ll put 'em out there in a post chapter sketchdump (it’s been so long since ive had one of those oh my gosh ;;A;

I won’t specify exactly what I changed up right now, but i’m definitely trying a new style. But that ain’t nothing new, is it?

Wow, i’ve had a whole year of working at my new job now…which involves alot of typography! So i’m trying to do more comicky things like SFX and just playing around with text in general. Speaking of, shout out to Illustrator saving me from having to use CSP’s horrible text tool XD

My god Lysidia I promise you didn’t have to flex on your daughter that hard, she’s barely a threat LMAO. Nah my mom’s always been cooler than me, ain’t nothing different about these two >w<

Thank ya’ll again for your patience during my hiatus. I have alot of relationships/interactions comin up in this chapter that i’m eager to see your responses to. So til next week!
