Description
Although the versions of pokemon that we know from the game are the most common forms in Leftovers, numerous (but not all) lines have variations. Whether for environmental reasons or regulatory. We've already seen a couple variations in comic so far, but I hope to go more into these in the future.As for now, I hope you enjoy the little bit of worldbuilding here!

And the No-typing thing is something specific to my comic, as these are variations that show up in my version of hoenn. Basically think of pokemon without typing as normal animals. I"ll try to explain it a little better when we end up getting there canonically hahaΒ Β

Even Normal types have moves like Hyper Beam, Hyper Voice, Giga Impact, etc. These ones do not even have those attributes.

It makes sense that the food variation of Combusken canβt evolve. Iβd figure the meat would be too tough otherwise. That, and them drumsticks.

Oh yeah definitely! Blaziken end up being way too lean and muscular to even try and fatten up. They just generally burn it all pretty fast.Β

yup! That's actually what the feeder torchic are for specifically.
Although looking at it now, "feeder torchic" sounds like feeder crickets or some other animal bred to be fed to animals in captivity, whoops.Β

THANKS! I operated on how animals of the same species evolve based on their environment, rather than what their designs would be like if dictated by their typing. Trying to think about them as the animals of their world as much as I can loll though it's a bit hard sometimes
