If those are 'Mega-phaser' turrets haning off the hull then she packs a huge punch for such a small hull.
Though after something like a Borg incursion I can see the top brass issuing orders for something like her.

Double Impulse Decks - there are deflection crystals dorsal and ventral.
Double Photorp Launchers - two tubes each, and it looks like they are dual-directional like the Miranda-Class.
And I thought those were Heavy shuttlebays on the ventral hull. Are those triple heavy Phaser Mounts? On top of the three banks on the saucer proper?
